形态特征
最大背甲直线长度（SCL）：雄性22.7厘米，雌性30.0厘米。背甲通常呈橄榄色至棕色，带有淡色边缘；腹甲黄色。头部较大，上喙有锯齿状突起。
生态习性
偏好清澈、流动的溪流和河流，通常栖息在山区。杂食性，以水生昆虫、甲壳动物、软体动物和植物为食。繁殖期在春季，雌龟在河岸沙地挖掘巢穴产卵。
